2001 Ford Ranger Problem Shifting gears

I just had a new clutch installed a couple weeks ago and now I an having a problem shifting the stick shifter into all gears when i am trying to drive.. I sometimes sit for 5 to 10 min trying to put it in gear to just drive. Do you now what is causing it?

Does it grind going into gear? really stiff? how is it with engine off? check fluid in clutch master cylinder.
