2001 Ford Ranger Idles very rough

I have a 2.3L, I just replace plugs, wires, coil pack and fuel filter. It all of a sudden idleing very rough that sometimes it will shake the vehicle. Could I have a vaccum problem and if so how do you check. If not your advice is welcome.

It all of a sudden idleing very rough that sometimes it will shake the vehicle. Did this happened when you replace the above items? If so double check the sparkplugs connections and verify the firing order if its correct
