MY TRUCK STARTS AND THEN SHUTS RIGHT OFF, I PUT NEW FUEL FILTER AND FUEL PUMP AND IT STILL DOES THE SAME THING. WHAT COULD IT BE?

Get your hands a fuel pressure tester and check to see if the pressure is normal with key on and crank, and if it drops as the vehicle dies or stays high.
