My truck wouldn't start tonight, I had a few people jump me and it still wouldn't start. As soon as I would release my foot from the gas it would just turn off. I eventually got it charged enough to drive home and it only turned twice. I checked to oil and it was very low so I added some. But now my engine light is on. It also shakes really bad when I'm at a light waiting or my foot isn't currently on the gas.

Have you had the alternator and battery tested? Most parts stores will do it free.

Let me know what you find.
