2001 Ford Ranger, had slight ticking noise @startup but went away within a couple minutes. The other day the Oil was low when i checked it so i added oil. (no noise at oil add) Afterwards, oil pressure went errartic at gauge. Had oil changed, new filter, and oil sending unit replaced. Now, no oil pressure indicated on gauge. Engine clicks all the time. (no knocking, just clicking). Help
