2000 Ford Ranger Radiator drain plug

I cant seem to find the radiator drain plug on my 2000 ford ranger. I use to the old style drain valves. The only thing I have seed that looks like a drain is a white plastic nut. since the whole thing is plastic I dont want to turn on it unless I am sure..

When in doubt pull lower radiator hose
