2000 Ford Ranger is it the abs sensor

my truck was fine until yesterday and all of the sudden the abs light,check engine light when on and th and the speeodometer isn't working plus car became hard to shift.could this be the abs sensor.we thought it was the speed sensor but it say smy truck doesnt have one.

Autozone does check your DTC's(Data Trouble Codes) for free. They can tell you exactly. My money says its the small sensor on top/center of the rear end.
