2000 Ford Ranger engine runs rough

Engine misses when idling and driving not bad but noticable. Changed egr valve and regulator as well as plugs and wires

Hello,

If engine light is on get codes pulled and post.

Other causes of misfires are.

Low fuel pressure do to Weak Pump.

Low engine compression.

Faulty IAC (Idle Air Control Motor/Valve)

Vacuum Leaks.

Faulty or Leaky Injectors.

Faulty Fuel Pressure Regulator.
