the drum brakes of my truck started smoking and smelling like burnt mettal.. i dont have the tools to fix it and im kinda worried to drive it to town to take it to a mechanic .. is it a easy fix or should i have a professinal look at it

Brake problems like this should really be left to the professional mechanic, as they will be trained to pick up on problems that you may miss that has caused this issue in the first place.
