2000 Ford Ranger a clunking noise

i started hearing a noise when i turned the wheels it was kind of creeking noise, it does when I turn, when i turn standing still, when i hit a bump any ideas, power steering, front end?

its possible thats its the upper control arm bushings. mine have gone out in my 2000 and now when i get in it creaks and sounds terrible driving down the road.
