I have a 1999 Ranger XLT, 3.0 L V-6, 67K miles, automatic trans. The body looks like it is leaning toward the drivers side even when the truck is totally empty. I am also having a problem with the windshield wipers turning on and off at random intervals. What is going on with these two problems?

Take a close look at the rear leaf springs, i have seen quite a few with a broken leaf. If you don't see one broken, make sure there are the same number of leafs on each side as one may have broken and came out.

You may have a bad wiper switch, It needs to be tested.
