I have a bank 1 02 at its lean limit. What would be the most liklely issue a vac leak or a injector? Is it rare for the intake gaskets to need replacing? How would it only affect bank 1? 6 days before that I had a p0153 code that I just deleted.

check PCV vacuum hose
also check the o2 sensor
