1999 Ford Ranger Rotor removal

I need to replace the front brakes on my son's 1999 2WD Ranger XLT. To remove the rotors, do I need to remove the center dust cap, spindle nut and bearings or does this style come off without removing them.

you will have to remove the caliper, grease cap, cotter pin, nut, washer and out bearing to remove the front rotors
