1999 Ford Ranger Noise no one can identify!!! HELP!!!!

This noise just started...whenever I turn my steering wheel to the left while driving the front driver's side wheel makes a squeaky noise (kinda like then noise a tire makes when you move it on cement when you're not driving)...I've replaced the front driver's side tire after 3 different mechanics looked at everything possible--I'm at a loss and it's driving me crazy!

If everything is tight, chances are it is a dry ball joint. If they are original, they are seald and can't be greased.

Yep took it to my favorite guys---ball joints! they are replacing all of them plus an alignment for $800. I called around and pretty much got the same price from everyone, so just gonna use the guys I trust and know it will be done right!
