1999 Ford Ranger noise from front passenger tire

This is a recent noise, but everytime I go over a speed bump or just a rough road I can hear the noise on the passenger side. It almost sounds like the noise a straw makes when you pull it really slow out of a plastic lid. It's only by that one tire.
This is my first truck, so I have learn all the new noises!
HELP!

This happens when the bearing hub goes out, I would raise he truck up and spin the tire to confirm, here is how to change the hub out. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
