3.0L, Flex fuel model. I have just started to experience a mechanical vibration (engine related) at startup and while driving and standing still. Kind of feels like I am only firing on 5 cylinders or that something is out of mechanical balance. I have not had any "check engine" lights. I am considering changing the plugs and plug cables but that is just a complete stab in the dark and really only want to do that if I am confident it will remedy the situation (I currently am not confident). I did start using E-85 fuel about 3 months ago, but this problem just started so I don't think that it is related to the fuel change.

a scan tool could monitor to see if its a skip but if it was me and i thought it was running rough i would not hesitate to replace plugs and wires. that in fact would be my first course of action.
