the throttle seems to stick but i had the cable checked and the pedal all fine? what else could be wrong something with the throttle body?

most likely cause is a dirty throttle body, i would check that out first and clean it up good plates and all. after that i would check and compare the tenstion on the butterfly valve with tension on a nother vehicle.

very unlikely but possible the spring could be weakening.
