When i make a turn left or right it makes a loud sqweaking sound and when going down the road the front end makes a sqweak sqweak sound.

For the loud turning sqweak you may want to check your power steering fluid level (may also be your general sqweak as well). The other sqweak that does not come from turning, yet may still be the power steering, may be your belt(s). you could try some belt dressing for little money. does the sqweak get more intense with rpms? a pully could also cause a sqweak.
