The OD light on the dash flashes on/off intermittently... when this happens, the transmission jerks as if it is trying to shift in and out of overdrive.. I can shut the ignition off, and start it back up, and the light will not flash for different lengths of times. The transmission operates fine when the light is flashing off/on...

Is this a wiring problem or a transmission problem?? I was told it MAY be a torque converter problem.

any ideas would be appreciated
