1998 Ford Ranger 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

i have 1998 ford ranger and we have changed blower motor, blower motor relay and switch and still not working. what do you think is the problem?

Check and test the blower motor fuse and fuse no.2 in I/P fuse panel
