1998 Ford Ranger No warm air coming out

1998 Ford Ranger 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
There's no warm air coming out of the heater even though the hoses are warm. Lots of air coming out but it's still cool air.
