I have a grinding noise when shifting into most gears other than 4th or 5th. It seems more prevalent as the truck warms up and has been running for some time. I am hoping it is not a whole new tranny. Any advice would be appreciated.

sounds like the gears or the schronizer's are starting to go bad on it, your bets bet would be a traynny shop right now.
