1998 Ford Ranger 109,22 miles

I have had some problems with my pickup stalling while in wet conditions. Runs fine otherwise. Had it tuned up, and the transmision serviced. Still having the same problems. Letting it set, sometimes a few minutes or longe, seems to be the answer so far. Would like to know what to check in order to corrict the problem.
