1997 Ford Ranger Turn Signals

My turn signals will not operate. I believe the Flasher needs replacing. I would like to replace the flasher myself, but need to know where it is located and how I would go about replacing it.

It is located behind the interior fuse panel under dash just pull the old one out and put new one in
