need help removing the throw out bearing

Hello,

I would recommend replacing the Clutch Slave Cylinder while in there. The New one comes with the Throw out bearing already installed. And my experience in not replacing the Slave has resulted in having to pull it all apart again withing 6 - 8 weeks.
