1997 Ford Ranger Heater Regulation

I have all the heat I can use. So far I have replaced the vacuum valve that shuts off water flow to the core and the reostat in the dash that adjusts heat. It does not matter where I have the heater adjustment I get full bore heat. The only way to turn off the heat is to turn off the heater.

Well, next thing you can check to see if the blend door is sticking, if it is stuck close then it wont open and cool down the air.
