1997 Ford Ranger Blowing Fuses

I have a 97 ford ranger and I keep blowing 2, 15 amp fuses. They are hazard lamps, and parking lamps. Its a 6 cylinder. Have any idea?

I have a similar issue with the parking light fuses but only in the rain. Did you ever find out what it was? I will post if/ when I do.
