When driving my truck and hitting a hole or bumps in the road the truck bounce and pulls in either direction and I get a bad vibration thru the steering wheel. What would seem to be the trouble?

I would start by shaking down the front end. These are stock tires and rims I assume.

Ball joints are common on them at various intervals, but check the tie rod ends and wheel bearings at the same time.
