How do I open the door panel in order to repair the exterior mirros

remove mounting screws pull up on the panel to remove

Thank you, but I am unable to figure out how to remove the interior door panel. There are two screws in the door release latch area -- but no other screws available. What am I missing?

after removing all screws u have to push up slide it up and out
