1996 Ford Ranger 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

My 96 Ranger when running left blinker light in dash stays on and left turn signals won't work when lights are on. when lights are off turn signals work, but all lights in dash blink with turn signal? I checked the bulbs they work? whats going on?

have some bad ground wiring somewhere. will have to check out the wiring to the headlamp switch and turn signal switch, may also want to check out the flasher relay just in case, although it is likely not the cause for this issue.
