1996 Ford Ranger steering

I own a 1996 ford ranger. I only had it for a few days and one day I turned it off and the key wouldnt come out and the key wouldnt turn forward or backwards. The steering wheel wouldnt turn a bit and im wondering if it the steering column or the ingnition

Check and make sure its not the shifter interlock system
make sure its in park
possible ignition cylinder and key

need manual CHECK IT @
