I just bought my Ranger and it has been driving well UNTIL the other day. Now when I steer and i'm going faster than say 40mph or 45 it makes a noise when I steer to turn a curve on the highway (sometimes left, sometimes right). I've checked my power steering fluid and its all good. What could it be?

VERY LOUD.
I know something has to be wrong, because it doesn't do it when I steer far left, but it does makes the loud sound when I steer hard right, SOMETIMES vice-versa
