my vehicle has no problem shifting when engine is turned off, but while engine is running i have extreme difficulty shifting, sometimes are worse than others and i can't shift at all. most of the time when i try to shift into reverse, while stationary, it grinds, but not always, when i cant shift into first i grind it into reverse and then i am able to shift into first with little difficulty but still not smooth
