I HAVE A 96 RANGER.
ON A DAMP DAY WHEN I FIRST TAKE OFF MY DRIVER SIDE BRAKE LOCKS UP. AFTER A SHORT WHILE I WILL FINE. COULD THE BRAKE LINE HOSE BE BAD OR MY ABS IS BAD

when does it lock up like while your drivin out of the blue when you hit the foot brake heavy or lightly

does the emergancy not release
