I need help on how to install Spectra Fuel Tank Straps on my 96 Ford Ranger.

There should be a bolt on one side of the straps. Remove the bolts and the straps will drop. THe opposite side of the tank should be hinged. Look at them and you'll see how they come off.

As far as the tank, make sure to support the tank so it doesn't move unless you need to remove it. If there is a lot of gas in it, it will be heavy.
