1996 Ford Ranger Engine runs rough on start up

1996 Ford Ranger 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 200K miles

Engine runs rough when you start up from cold, but once warm it runs fine.
New plugs and wires, fuel filter, EGR has been checked
new air filter

You likely have some fouled fuel injectors. You may be able to get away with having them pressure cleaned but ultimately may have to replace some. Don't waste your money with anything added o the fuel tank. They won't help.
