1995 Ford Ranger turn signals

i have a 1995 ford ranger 5 speed 4wd. my turn signals stoped workin.they wont turn on at all.the wipers work along with my washer fluid, headlights work fine .i checked all the fuse,i replaced the turn signal switch and it did not fix the problem. is there a contact for the turn signals that can go bad , if so where is it located?

check for faulty flasher relay, located either under the dash to the left of the steering wheel or in the fuse panel
