I noticed my truck was running hot so i checked it out and on the driver side fenderwell there was a liquid sprayed and i was unable to identify it or its origin. later that day i put water in it again and then noticed my oil was low. then i noticed there seemed to be oil resido on the driver side of the block coming slowly from the valve cover , just resido no liquid. i put oil in it and it drank down 5 quarts. i drove the truck about 5 miles and it didnt over heat but when i stopped and looked the whole front and passenger side of the vehicle was covered on the inside of the engine compartment with oil. i made sure i had put the cap on tight and i cant find where its coming from. it doesnt look like its coming from the valve covers. i already replaced the water pump. please help!!! thankyou for your time the sooner i can fix it the better

Is the PCV valve connected? Was it low on oil or coolant after you saw it again? Could you identify if it was coolant or oil?
