i have a 1995 ranger splash with a 2.3 four cyl. That seems to be flooding itself. Could you tell me why.

This could be a sensor or injector oring. If no codes oring is bad and leaking fuel around the injectors. Possible fuel pressure regulator. Remove vac line see if it has fuel in the hose
