1994 Ford Ranger Windshield washer fluid won't come out

There is plenty of washer fluid in the reservoir but nothing will come out. At first we thought the line was just frozen but last 2 days have gotten to 60 degrees and it still doesn't work. What do we need to do?

check to see if the washer motor is working and if you have power at it if no power check all fuses
