hey guys-my 1994 ranger, which has been maintained lovingly (new timing chain, clutch, brakes, etc) is acting funny. This cold morning I noticed that my turn signals were out, and my heater wasn't working. I'm hoping that this is a fuse issue? What do you think?

As far as your blinkers, it could be the switch (Ford has a history of not so good blinker switch). It's just a wild guess though.

For your heater:
Is it blowing air (cold) or nothing at all?
