1994 Ford Ranger self adjuster

i installed new rear brakes including shoes drums hadware kit self adjuster kit and cables..take the drum off everything is new except wheel cylinders....problem drivers side keeps self adjusting. shoes are on properly yes the proper self adjuster and parts are on the proper side...it just keeps adjusting till it drags. help!!!!
