I get a loud squeaking whistle sometimes when I am driving. I am sure it is a pulley, but it happens only under accelleration, and it speeds up as the RPM's go up. Does knowing this help narrow it down?

It sounded like a bearing whistle in a pulley, and it doesn't always happen everytime I drive it, or at any specific moment.

The best thing to do is pull the belt off and spin each pulley by hand andsee if you can hear which one is spinning.
