1994 Ford Ranger No Air

What can I do as an owner to see why no cool air is coming out the vent? Could it be the thermostat, need a coolant charge, compressor?

See if the compressor is engaging. If not it may need to be serviced/recharged if you havent had any done yet at that mileage. The system isnt perfectly sealed for over 100k, it can lose enough to keep it from running
