was told my ranger cooling system is air locked, i've drained,flushed, replaced thermostat,replaced radiator and refilled. How do you get air out,there is no vent screw like on some vehicles, let it run with cap off,let it run with cap on, with cap off and running alot of gushing out of top of radiator,then settles and gushes
