I would start by doing a fuel pressure test.
This will tell you if your fuel system is working alright.
If no pressure or low pressure, you'll need to check the fuel system (fuel lines, fuel pump wiring, relay, fuel pressure regulator, injectors, make sure the safety inertia switch is not tripped, etc
Another quick check would be to push the throttle open and spray some starting fluid in the engine while someone is trying to turn the car on. If the car starts for a few seconds and die, you have a fuel problem (fuel doesn't reach the engine). If it doesn't start you likely have an ignition problem.
Check that, and come back if your car still doesn't start.
You should also check for DTCs; maybe you'll find something there.
