heater fan only works on High Speed

My heater fan only works on High Speed. I have had this problem on other vehicles and replaced the heater fan relay to fix it. All the parts stores I check told me there is no relay for my truck. Any suggestions as to where to check next?

Replace blower motor resistor open hood beside blower motor on the firewall let me know
