1993 Ford Ranger Fuel leak after injector replacement

I have recently purchased a 93 Ford ranger
I have replaced the # 5 and 6 fuel injectors but am experiencing a fuel leak. What could be causing this as I have taken off the lower manifold twice to see if I have tightened them properly but I still have a fuel leak. I am an apprentice mechanic and have not run into this issue before hope you can help

Where new O rings installed with light lubing of oil?Clips on tight?

I put new o rings on and used vaseline not oil and tightened the clips

Clean off Vasoline coat with light oil
