when push 4 low or 4high I hear a cilking behind driver seat will ont go in to 4x4 turn on key 4L & 4H lights blink

The clicking is the control module for the 4x4.

Take a look at the connectors on the shift control motor on the transfer case. IF they look okay, try lightly tapping on the motor to see if it is just stuck.
