I here a noise coming from the back end of the pickup, It sounds like it is coming from the rearend. I only makes a noise when you are going in and out of drive ways. I lifted the rear end of the ground and you can here the clunking sound a little bit, is this normal except for the sound.

Did you check the u-joints? Is the differential fluid full?
